Stomach flu. All bets off. Could hardly eat, now eating "bland" stuff, i.e. simple sugars :(. Anyone have ideas about how to eat a very bland stomach-safe diet - for a few days - and still be true to YOU: on a diet? I don't think I could handle all the fiber, fruit and vegetables. Yogurt has been good.
