Weight just keeps going up, its discouraging, but I'm confident it will taper off to a pleasent medium. ;)

Day 5: Legs & Back

TODAY: Week 2: Day 8: P90X: Chest & Back
184.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 49.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
