1308 kcal Fat: 39.86g | Prot: 47.38g | Carb: 156.67g.   Breakfast: Oatmeal, Honeydew Melons, Simply Orange Orange Juice (High Pulp), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Taco or Tostada with Chicken, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Salsa. Dinner: Pinot Noir Wine, Michael Angelo's Lasagna with Meat Sauce (11 oz). Snacks/Other: Chocolate Cheesecake. more...
