Trying my best to keep my goal but it is difficult on weekends. I did a walk on Saturday and then Sunday started using the Wii Fit. Still having trouble with the water intake.

212.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

think of having all weekend days-since I am retired that's what I have. Home most of the time with the snack urge hitting, But I did less than my goal yesterday-so can you.
