Weight was taken first thing in the morning when I got up. Surprised at what the morning weight is. I’m hoping it’s not a fluke, since I really like fluke to eat and I’ll be fishing for them soon
238.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
