After a week of a gastro-viral infection and losing 9lbs in 3 days, my body has got rid of it and has settled back some water weight and 3lbs back on. I'm ok with that! was a bit of a weird kick start. Still a breastfeeding Mumma so can't go fully low-carb, but have started eating much better again. Using FS is how I lost the weight to fall pregnant, so here is to doing it again and some more!
