I am slipping. Haven't taken time for me to go walking and combine that with a couple of nights eating out. I have to get back on track.

Paid my deposit for Philmont yesterday and now HAVE TO lose the wieght to go!!

I have the motivation but now need the resolve.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
