Emotionally feeling a bit down today and in the past I would have bought 2x bags of chips, sweets and chocolate. I stuck with my set meals and went for a 20min work out, learning to not make health decisions based on how I feel (emotional eating) but choosing what’s ultimately best for me. Happy Sunday everyone
