Hey LizzJune...came across your journal. If you eat less than 1200 calories and you are exercising you are gonna put your body into starvation mode and you will slow your metabolism. FYI women should not eat below 1200 calories. If you exercise you are also burning calories so you would be taking yourself even lower than below 1200 calories . Maybe try eating 1500 calories and burning 300 calories through exercise. Just a suggestion. Good luck
