I'm working out hard... I added a 15 minute Jackie Warner abs, then legs workout immediately following my Level II Shred the last two days. I'm down to 19.5% bmi, which is awesome but now I want to see those 10 pounds come off. Geez, at least 5!! I'm beat, but the doctor says nothing more than good old menopausal issues. I just need to work harder at this than I ever have before. I'm trying to drop more calories and might lean more toward GI/Med diet guidelines. Why not?
150.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 150.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
