What the hell???? Keep gaining by the day! What is happening? Has this got anything to do with me working out 1-hour a day? Muscle density and all? Getting paranoid here!
190.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

Make sure you are drinking the water the helps keep you full and elimates. Don't get on the scale for a week, as weight goes up and down. Maybe look at your salt intake. The first week it takes up to 4 days to see any results. I havn't lost alot by the scale but a guy at work yesterday said that i looked like i had lost and my clothes are fiting differnt so i am losing inches. Hang in there you can do it.

If you're lifting weights, it is definitely muscle density. Nobody sees the scales but you, so don't worry about the numbers so much. People do see what you look like in your clothes everyday, so if they (and you) see a difference in how you look, that's the goal! Keep on going. :-)

It takes time, you will see results in no time!

Some people recommend completely ignoring the scale the first few weeks of diet and exercise because your body freaks out and retains weight and/or builds muscle so the first few weeks are very deceiving. Don't give up, it will pay off!
