Today's weight came as a pleasant surprise to me. Yesterday was so bad I didn't even log my food. I guess the turkey burger and sweet potato fries at the diner weren't so bad after all.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
