What to say eating minimal of Rice total 120 gm total for lunch and dinner (60 gm 60 gm) and not having junk food .Also breakfast lunch dinner only also having Fast and up energy drink also riding cycle in township at moderate speed..Also severe heat 37 Deg C so sweating .And 24 hours fan on .Always feeling tired .Muscular fatigue.back bone bent as defective posture sitting computer.
161.8 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
