I have stopped drinking soda two days ago which would be july 19. I've tried before but it never lasted long. I'm ready now. Plan on drinking more water.
Weight is staying the same, have to watch the carbs. I work out at least 5 days a week. I have been working out between 30-40 mins a day. time to increase to 45 mins.
