for months now, i have been in a funk and no matter what i try to tell myself....try to accomplish, try to turn around....nothing has worked...for some reason the mechanism in my head which i thought I had "repaired" has broken....
Food is not my friend, nor does it make anything better...
Everyday i am going to have to remind myself...Food is my enemy!!!
