First real day back in the gym. I am requiring that I go to the gym six days per week (Sunday is the off-day). Since I decided to start this in December, I will have to find an alternative for Christmas. Also, I'm traveling on 26-Dec so I may have to figure out something in place of that day....or maybe just wake extra early?
