Averaging two bottles of wine daily, biscuits, cake, chocolate, grain carbs and happy hour snacks - what can I expect but the highest weight ever?

Holidays over, back to work on eating properly and I might even give my liver and kidneys a rest this week by keeping the lid on my wine stash (what's left of it).

Diet Doctor, here I come!
199.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
