I have decided that Sunday is going to be my day that I can eat what I want and not count calories because I am been told that I am getting to skinny x
As now I am a size 12 and f back June 2018 I want to size 20
166.2 lb Lost so far: 36.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
