1570 kcal Fat: 58.37g | Prot: 74.26g | Carb: 187.21g.   Breakfast: 0% milk, Sour Dough Bread, havarti cheese. Lunch: cherries, apple, Sesame Dressing, lettuce romaine, cucumber, grape tomatoes, avacado, sugar snap peas, crab delights trans ocean. Dinner: beef patty, soy sauce, mixed vegetables, olive oil, sugar. Snacks/Other: cashew clusters, fudgsicle, marshmallow krispies. more...
