Though I was able to lose some weight this week, I still didn't meet my goals/challenges I had set for myself last week. I didn't keep track of my meals, I did indulge at the dessert table at my nephew’s baptism, and I didn't exercise. Of course I could come up with a million excuses, but who am I kidding. This coming week my goals/challenges will be the same.

I will try to log my meals.
Incorporate some exercise.
Make healthier food choices.
138.4 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.0 lb a week
