Day 3, Started off rough. Its appreciation week at my job, so ours boss is giving away gifts, food and candy. I tried so hard to stay away but brought my diet concentration and ate some candy. Then I had some rice and tamales for dinner. I skipped going to the gym since I was not feeling good. This is not a good start to my new diet. I feel so bad for eating that junk. I think I am just going to get in the car and head to the gym right now.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
