Yesterday wasn't too bad. I was extremely hungry after class last night. I almost stopped at McDonald's but I didn't. I ended up eating some sausage pizza (toppings only - no crust). Probably could have made a better choice than that but oh well.
304.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Those sausage toppings are allowed on Phase 1. It's fairly important to try to stick to Phase 1 rules to the letter, there will be plenty of time later for experimentation. Keep up the great work!
