Week Two is done and I think I did an amazing job I'm down 5.5 lbs and only had one little piece of chocolate and one day where I scarfed down fries.
I am very proud of myself. This is definitely the longest I've stuck out a diet. I'm starting to love the bootcamp classes and as soon as I can do them without being sore for two days I know I'll have it made haha

By journalising my food it's really giving me perspective on what good choices and what bad choices are.

Here's to 5.5 lbs and another 58 to go!!
223.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
