I've made it into the 170,s realm! Happy to see that. I'll just keep moving forward.
Slow process but better slow going down in pounds than not going down in pounds at all!.
Still making other massive changes in life and surprised I'm doing allright seeing as though I'm a stress eater. Well, I'm proving to myself that even in the face of change I can still accomplish goals.
Ciao for now.
178.4 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
