July is hell month, plain and simple.... birthdays, anniversaries, visiting relatives, lifestyle events, more birthdays.... in fact July starts with a birthday ...My mom's on the first.... and ends with my twins' birthday on the 31st. And mine in the middle of all that.

I realized I definitely need to keep a food diary... so I am back on it... but I can do it through my phone... OMG, it is soooooo nice.... :)

I knew I needed this new group for a reason, keeping on track can be so flippen hard... ESPECIALLY in July :)
