Finally got back under 218, but this time without doing fasted cardio!! I worked my ass off at the gym yesterday with a 750 calorie elliptical session, then some heavy weights. The plan is set, I have 10 weeks until my bday to get under 200 lbs. That’s less than 2lbs per week. I’m finally going to get there after so many attempts!!
217.8 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 15.4 lb a week
