At the doctors office. I am a yoyo. I can not believe the jump in my weight. I came home and used my brand new scale I weighted 181.6 lbs. so my scale and the Dr scale do not weight the same. Do I go by my scales or add 3.4 lbs so it matches theirs? After contimplating about the diffrence of weight at the doctor and home I will not take up space in my head worrying about it. my weight does not define who I am. I will just keep weighing myself and starting tomorrow I will be more vigilant and weight being at the same time of day before breakfast and in similar clothing. The weight in my doctors office is at diffrent times of day, sometimes after eating and drinking a lot of water and most likely will be heavier than mine at home.
