Woohoo! Down 2.3 lbs since Tuesday morning. Went back to Zumba last night and remembered what a blast it is - and how sore it makes me in the morning.
151.7 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 16.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
