did fairly well. Except over the weekend. My neice had a birthday sleepover on Friday (I helped chaperone) and we all had pizza and ice cream cake. Other than that, not too bad. I lost .3 lbs. I was aiming for at least 1 lb. Next week :op
194.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 44.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
