Forgot to weigh in the last 2 days. It was 125 then 124.5 and today was 124 So 1/2 lb a day! Hope I can keep this up, but darn it was really hard today. And the day is not over! Will probably still have my yogurt or popcorn. We'll see.
124.0 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
