I had a headache when I went to bed last night and still had it this morning. I wonder, is it lack of sugar or the fact I didn't have a diet coke yesterday (can't remember the last time I didn't have one for an entire day!). I'm really struggling to get all the vegetables in my diet. But, I lost 1 more pound! Yay!
246.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, for the first three to five days you will be totally exhaused due to the lack of sugar in your diet...stay with it it works great i have lost 33 pounds since March 10th...try to get away from anything with splenda, sweet n low etc. try stevia extract for your sweetner

i had the headaches and withdrawl for about 10 days...it really depends on how much you were addicted to sugar and sugar products

Just hang in there, I had the same headache. It will go away.

Hi...I had a headache for the first 4 days too, but after that it went away. your body just needs to adjust to the withdrawal of sugar and bad carbs. You will get over it soon. Great job on the weight loss so far. Keep it up. We are all in this together.
