AWOL for the last couple of weeks and it shows. Today I will be back to basics until I can get myself in control again. Don't ever let someone tell you that a few bites won't hurt you,they are not telling you the truth. Brought all those cravings back that I had worked so hard to get rid off. Wish me luck,tis not the season for low carbing.
171.5 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 2.4 lb a week

Good luck!!! I know what you mean - the winter is really tough. I go through the same issue every year and have to re-lose those pounds every spring.

I'm in that same spot. I have been gone for a couple of weeks too, and I'm tired and feeling like crud, so I know my body is telling me it needs that good food and exercise, but it's hard to get back in to once you've slipped. I hope you get your groove back!!

I know what you mean about cravings. They are the most difficult part of changing your eating lifestyle. Old habits die hard. I know you will be successful when you put your mind to it. All you have to do is suffer through 3 days and the physical cravings will be gone. You can do it. After the 3 days it's all in your head. Sometimes the head cravings are the most difficult to shut down. But you can do it!!!
