145.0 still hanging in there, can't seem to get the work out at the gym up to the 160 range thou in heart rate, the highest I got on the bike was 147 and that was really pushing it.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
