I may have had a couple Atkins treats and made a protein cake instead of a protein pudding last night. Other than that 1200 calorie bacon diet....

Soulder press machine: 10#
115.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
