I am not quite sure why I had such a drastic jump in weight. Could be many factors, including a few choices this past weekend that weren't the best. For now, I prefer to blame the heat. =P

And silly me forgot about the laundry in the washer, so my workout clothes were not dry today when I actually had time to work out. =( Tomorrow, I guess.

Don't ask about dinner, really, just don't ask. =/
170.9 lb Lost so far: 4.1 lb.    Still to go: 45.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Maybe because of the heat, you are drinking more and retaining fluid? Just keep positive! That's my goal :)
