I am not quite sure why I had such a drastic jump in weight. Could be many factors, including a few choices this past weekend that weren't the best. For now, I prefer to blame the heat. =P
And silly me forgot about the laundry in the washer, so my workout clothes were not dry today when I actually had time to work out. =( Tomorrow, I guess.
Don't ask about dinner, really, just don't ask. =/
