I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow because there must be something physically wrong with me. I've never exercised this heavily and NOT lost weight -- fairly quickly. Now, I exercise and GAIN weight. There has to be an answer... I guess I can't go back to do journal entries for the weekend, but I took Friday off because I pulled a thigh muscle with Jillian on Thursday. Saturday we hiked 3 hours of serious mountain -- about 1400 elevation gain and it was painful. Sunday we did another 2+ hours of 1200 elevation gain, but nothing I do seems to matter so I pigged out last night on martinis. I really hope the doctor has some kind of answer about this. I just completed Day 4 of Level II of my 30 Day Shred commitment. I'm behind, but I'm finishing this challenge no matter what.
151.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 151.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
