昨晚發現腰有點扭傷了,做什麼都很不舒服,休息一晚起來,稍微好一點,所以今天到可爾姿運動時,要加倍小心腰部動作。
149.3 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
