My weight stayed the same today. I did 50-minutes of interval cardio on the treadmill and 20 minutes of upper body strength training (chest, back, biceps, triceps, shoulders).
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
