Having some success following a macro balanced 2500 cal a day diet. Overages on Sat/Sun/Mon, over the Easter weekend.
Long hike on Saturday (14+ miles). Can't outhike your fork.
Got a bead on my TDEE of 3127 cal/day, including ~20 miles of walking per week.
Have my meal plan in place through 4/28 and a goal for the week ending in 5/5. Works out 2576 calories per day over the fortnight.
With that deficit (3127-2576= 550 daily deficit, over 14 days, to 7700 calories), I should lose around 2.2 pounds by 05/05.
