👑MC Day1
難怪懶了三天不想運動😅
沒有不舒服,開心的吃甜點三明治
今天不太餓,只想吃西瓜 火龍果
水果沒有很甜,所以吃不少
古早味餅乾一大包滿滿消耗完
我當不住麻花捲呼喚我。。。
151.0 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.1 lb a week
