So, I have put on 200 grams, but it is pure muscle :) My body fat has gone down from 21 to 19%, so even though I'm unhappy about gaining a little, I am overall quite happy since it is the body fat that I try todecrease, and that challenge is succeded. The gained muscles comes from biking and running, I have started to run again, a few times a week, and otherwise, I go on the stationary bike for 1-2 hours a day.
Still, I would like to drop another 10 kgs, so I guess it will put my body fat down to 14-15, I'm not quite sure.
