Slow and Steady wins the race....
Although the weight loss has slowed down, my measurements have dropped. Waist dropped 0.5 inches but the biggest drop came in my quads, down 1.5 inches and calves were down 0.5 inches. Seems like my body worked on the legs in the last three weeks.
It is interesting following the measurements because it seems the losses in inches alternate between upper body and lower body depending upon the week.
