wow so happy. so for saying no for some kind of foods and sweets its worth it i can see it on the scale. but i must say is difficult but you can do it. just get your mind right and you wil get to your goal. dont let the craving win.
208.1 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 64.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
