I have been all over the show this week .. up a lot, down a bit, then up again. I'm logging this weight to give myself some sort of baseline because phew... I'm confused! Anyway - sticking to my mantra that consistency is key - especially during the weird weeks
189.6 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
