OK, we're on day one...I am doing it to get healthier, for me and no other reason. To feel better physically but more than that to feel better mentally.

OK....GO!
127.5 lb Lost so far: 9.1 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
