今天一樣核心運動不能少
有做有差已經做半個月了
腿的贅肉有變少了😝😝
今天蛋白質多了豆漿
下午好餓想做低碳麵包吃
撐到晚上才吃,因為去醫院看家人
所以晚餐太晚7點才吃
150.8 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
