Umm... well, I’m definitely never going to go below 800 Calories a day, and I’d prefer to be at 1000 Calories a day at the absolute least if I’m not active. Clearly, I just definitely need to be more active. And since my lung inflammation and problems breathing have subsided quite a bit (although not completely) I can at the very least start doing strength training three times a week.
I really hope I can get some Oil of Oregano very soon to hopefully help my body heal faster and hopefully not ever get this sick again.
