Since I hit my goal on July 1st,I have been eating more unhealthy food.I hurt my back doing P90X and will miss 7 to 10 days of exercise. I could easily get to 196 or more.
Today I meet my Nutritionist for the first time.I will do BMI and %body fat and learn more about diet and exercise.
