Well that’s a nastier bouncy back than I was expecting, even considering I did my workout and ate so well yesterday. Oh well, it’s a marathon, not a sprint!
219.4 lb Lost so far: 60.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 12.6 lb a week
