YEYEYEYEY! i was so bad during the weekend! from mini chocolates to like 3 slices of pizza AND (my horrible vice) a cranberry/rasberry and vodka drink. tisk tisk. but monday, thanks to my mom, i went to a vietnamese soup restaurant where i got a big size bowl of chicken broth, rice noodles, chives, lime, and tofu strips and it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good! that was lunch and when i got home i was hungry but didn't know what i wanted so i had like 2 slices of cheese (I KNOW IM NOT SUPPOSED TO!! but my husband bought cheese a few days ago and i haven't had any since he bought it so i figured i'll just have two little slices!) hehehehehe. anyhow i left for a mtg. got back home at about 9 and was a little hungry. a bowl of special k and little bit of milk took care of that problem.
today i made oatmeal for breakfast and tried baking pieces of apples in my toaster/oven with some cinamon and it came out just perfect!
i'm going back to the noodle house for lunch today. i'm going to write all the other ingredients down and try to make it at home. it probably won't come out the same but i'ma try!!!
